Little cure AKA NAOMI is a frequent artist of konami's bemani series music game.
The obi says the songs are taken from pop'n music 3 and released ahead of the game for promotional purpose.

EDIT:I don't know whether the songs are taken directly from the game or are arrangements,so I just labeled the album "works" to be safe.
