It seems to be short for 貼り込み素材 and refers to graphics to pasted into animation for elsewhere (for example, the cover of a book a character is reading could be taken from elsewhere and pasted into the animation). In this case I think it refers to the writing/drawings on the whiteboard behind the characters. I've added it as Pasted Graphics.
