I couldn't find any proof that "I AM" is Masaharu Iwata, so I removed that.

This album is listed on Iwata's Basiscape profile, although a track isn't specified: http://www.basiscape.com/arts_iwata.html.

I asked him on Twitter: https://twitter.com/iwata1966/status/260185497572352002

Here's more information about 「CDたから箱」, which isn't yet on the db.

Thanks for that evidence. I've linked up Masaharu Iwata then.

Because it's redbook audio.

Hi guys, I have this album and I noticed huge inconsistencies with the the tracklisting and artists listed. I'll drop this image of the booklet with the tracklisting here so you can all check it out and discuss this.

Well that's weird.

I will note that there's no discrepancies between the actual people credited, just some are real names and some are aliases (Kenichi Arakawa = Thomas Brown, Tetsukazu Nakanishi = Chobin, and I guess Mitsuhiko Kondo = KON).

Two questions:

1). On the album entry is a "Tracklist" scan, which is where our current tracklist and artists come from. Do you have that, either in the packaging or CD data?

2). On your actual CD itself, is it data + 13 audio tracks like your photo suggests, or data + 14 audio tracks like we have?

1. I don't know where that tracklist scan comes from. It's nowhere on the actual release.

2. It's CD Data + 14 audio tracks. The 14th track is an unlisted track.

The CD Data is not of much help though, as it's a mess of random and probably outdated file formats. I certainly can't make heads or tails of it and there seems to be no executable file or text files that pertain to the tracklisting.
And yeah, the people credited are still the same people (albeit under aliases), but the tracklist (order and titles) seems to have conflicting information.

Thanks.

Given that our "Tracklist" pic contains the proper number of tracks and says it's the "official version" (正式版), my inclination here is that the back cover is incorrect and the "Tracklist" is a correction that was included with some copies of the album or released separately later in some form. But I definitely don't know for sure.

Unlisted bonus tracks aren't uncommon for releases like these. It would seem that this is a correction though yeah, but I'd argue that the track names should be as they are printed on release since anyone who comes across this album will know the tracks by those names, not by some obscure tracklist correction. Ex. Techno factory is called Fortune Mixer on the album.

Some friends of mine also have a copy of this album and theirs all don't contain the corrected tracklist, so I'm curious what the source for that tracklist is.

The pic I provided is from the booklet btw. There's no tracklist on the backcover.
