Actually this is the soundtrack for both OVA and re-used in the movie.... and its 11 OVA, not 13.
in 2008 we had a new OVA episode.

Also, the "Ranma" link in performer is wrong. It links for "alias of Hayashibara Megumi", but it's not her. It's the male ranma voice, Kappei Yamaguchi
