A tracklist, you say? Well I'll just take that~

I've compiled the artist info from the previous albums, but obviously we don't have anything for the OF THE END pieces yet.

Of note would be the two bonus tracks, one each at the end of the two discs. "Tears Of Father ~Overseas Edition~" I guess is an arrangement of "Ultimate Worldly Desires-feat.Tears Of Father-" from Kenzan, but that game wasn't released overseas? I admittedly don't know a whole lot about this series, so someone other than me will probably be able to explain that better. And "Receive You ~Ryu ga Gotoku THE BEST REMIX~" seems like a new arrangement of "Receive You" from the first game for this album.
