I wasn't sure what to name the scan of the page from the magazine relating to this release, so I just called it "tracklist". Please rename it if you can think of anything better.

I just received a copy and the disc sleeve is plain white. Is this original?

These are what the Famicom/Namcot Editions had:

Yes I can confirm it just had a plain white sleeve. Same with my copy.

Okay, thanks. Good to know.

Edit: I was wondering why an English tracklist wasn't showing up when ripping this CD. I didn't know there wasn't one. So I added one. Please fix any errors as I used Google Translate and I haven't played this game yet.
