The current credits were not complete, here are the sources of the changes:

For Lost Planet 1:

Staff roll (the music credits are divided in two parts, for JP and US staffers):
Quote:
Music Composers
Akihiko Narita
Shuji Uchiyama
Quote:
Music

Music and Theme Composition
Jamie Christopherson
Additional Music and Programming
Deddy Tzur
Basil's Theme Vocals
Aubrey Ashburn
- In his site, Jamie Christopherson has samples for tracks 1, 2, 3, 14, and some not included (I think): snow field, Akrid Nest. He is widely reported to be the main composer of LP1.
- This Audrey Ashburn Interview seems to imply track 9 is Deddy Tzur's (she did the vocals).
- In the liner notes, Akihiko Narita is labelled as "Lost Planet composer".
- I wonder if Shuji Uchiyama = Shusaku Uchiyama...? (in this interview Shusaku Uchiyama confirms he participated)

For Lost Planet 2

Staff roll
Quote:
Music Composers: MARIKA SUZUKI, AKIYUKI MORIMOTO
Quote:
Music Credits
Composer & Conductor: JAMIE CHRISTOPHERSON
- From Christopherson's site: 01*, 08, 10*, 22, 28
*The site samples are a bit shorter than the OST tracks, maybe a Capcom composer tweaked them.
- According to this article 30 minutes of orchestral music were recorded, with 70 minutes of original music written by Christopherson, and Marika Suzuki provided additional music.
- Christopherson / Suzuki's interviews add some more details: Christopherson: main theme, battles, desert levels; Suzuki: Sub Theme, desert dweller. They 'collaborated', not sure if that means they did some tracks together.
- In the liner notes and interview, Marika Suzuki is labelled as LP2 main composer, Akiyuki Morimoto as LP2 composer.
- The sound director Tomoya Kishi says Team Battle (15), Sub Theme (25) were by in house composers.

To pick up a bit on an old thread......

The booklet lists Akihiko Narita, Shusaku Uchiyama and Deddy Tzur (additional) as composers for Lost Planet but the individual breakdown has Jamie Christopherson as the sole composer for the tracks from this game. Therefore, do we extrapolate that, while these 3 composed music for the game as a whole, none of that music is represented on the soundtrack and, as a result, not list them in the composer field?
