I think this should be "Doujin/indie" instead of commercial... because it is not an Official release of the original source,

Longstanding problem what this site means under commercial and what under doujin/indie. It's messy.
However, for these game arrange albums if the thing was licensed, then it will be usually classified as 'commercial', the license was/is the actual criteria in these cases. Loudr, Joypad Records releases are all like that. It appears this one was also licensed through Loudr (that's expected if you can buy the album on Loudr's store too) so I think with the current way of this database, it would make it 'commercial'. Added Howard Drossin and Junko Shiratsu to the list of composers, as Drossin did Sonic the Hedgehog Spinball and Shiratsu did Knuckles' Chaotix along with Mariko Nanba.
