It doesn't say who arranged it, though, only that the arrangements are new.

It’s four tracks, tentatively Eternal Wind, Crystal Tower, Battle 2 and Elia.
One side arranged and the other the original. I’m somewhat disappointed they didn’t take the opportunity to simply put the OSV on LP, but I think a short and sweet EP is also nice if the packaging does the game and soundtrack justice. It’s my favorite series installment, so I’m really looking forward to this and hope it’s great.

I do hope they do a digital-only or CD release at some point. I'd rather not have to buy the vinyl to legally access the mp3 download code.

But this is a neat thing to do. Will be interesting to hear the arrangements.
