Default Question about submission of track names (how literal does it have to be?)

I have seen moderators say that album and track titles must be literally how they are presented on the packaging. So I have a question about this album that is not in the system yet.

In these examples is the track name that would be submitted
Godzilla's Theme - Akira Ifukube
-or-
Godzilla's Theme

Suite from Rodan (1956) - Akira Ifukube
-or-
Suite from Rodan (1956)

No, we wouldn't include the artist name in most cases, as it isn't part of the track title. The majority of the time, it is just supplemental information.
