Default KICA-7508: XEXEX

H. Maezawa, M. Furukawa, S. Miyawaki and A. Hashimoto appears in game credits as "Sound Design".

However, several sites only credits Furukawa and Miyawaki as composers. Does someone know if the booklet provides more information about the composers?

Furukawa did compose (I think he did the track he arranged), lists the game on his site as composed.
Miyawaki says she did mid-demo and staff roll (at least).
Maezawa talks about S.E. and voices, but I don't think he explicitely says he didn't compose. He lists the game on his site (as works, doesn't specify if he composed)
A. Hashimoto wasn't in the booklet nor mentioned. He has composed in other games though (ex. Asterix).

Guess we still don't know. Oh well.

Thanks for the research, Dag. Good job!

A. Hashimoto is credited as support composer for X-Men arcade game as well.

Funny thing, Konami Kukeiha Club is credited in this album for arrangement (with breakdown), not composition as usual. However, I don't know if we credits the four names, maintain Konami Kukeiha Club for composition like Perfect Selection Xexex or just leave blank the composer field, since the roles aren't specified.

By "mid-demo", do you mean the intermission sequences? Did she say she did all of these or just a few?

Since Konami Kukeiha Club is written in the package (front, obi...) I think they only specified KKC as arranger to clarify that the arrangers are people from KKC as well, since composition is a given.

I'd link all four sound people, as doesn't seem like we'll get definite proof Maezawa or Hashimoto didn't compose.
At times like this I kind of miss some sort of "maybe" check for artists tho.

Yes sorry, she says 中間デモ which we have translated as Intermission.
Since she just gives a generic "中間デモ", I'd assume all of them, but who knows.

Might as well point out, A. Hashimoto is very likely Ayako Hashimoto, later Ayako Nishigaki.
(A. Hashimoto = Aya-chan in Asterix liner notes, while A. Nishigaki = Ayako Nishigaki from Canadian Copyright DB, often credited as Aya-chan. Finally, both Ayas use the same kanji for aya, 綾, again from Asterix liner notes. The last credit as Hashimoto was in ~1992, while the first for Nishigaki in ~1993).
