Can someone confirm how they know Rei Kondo and Shinichiro Sato are the specific members of T's Music that wrote music for this game, and on this promo disc specifically?

What's the justification for romanizing the title as Nostalgeo? I can't find any source for an official romanization. Most of the internet seems to use Nostalgio, which doesn't appear to be based on any natural language (though it is used in Esperanto).

EDIT: Nevermind. It's on the cover of the art book.
