Added the remaining information from the booklet.

Title: There's another title shown on the tray portion of the spine. Also, if you're going by what's on the cover, then the original title also shows asterisks. For now, I've left it as it is.

Lyrics: Included the audio drama writer in this field, but I'm unsure if this goes here.

Notes: Made mention of which tracks are audio drama, and have amended the performer field.

I don't know if "Tohru Furusawa" is the same as the entry here:

I've moved them over to Scriptwriter, since that's a closer role.

I see that page 4 of the booklet says that track 12 is "Composed and arranged by Tsuneo Imahori & Hideoki Mogi." Just to clarify does that just mean the original version of H.T. was composed by Tsuneo Imahori, but the "Destroyingangel mix" was arranged by Hideoki Mogi or is it saying that Tsuneo Imahori had some hand in the arrangement of the Destroyingangel mix as well? Interestingly all the digital albums seem to omit Hideoki Mogi altogether only listing Tsuneo Imahori as the artist for this track.

A brief liner note from Imahori on the bottom of pg. 11 (you can see it in the scan) actually clarifies that the version of H.T. here was produced entirely by Mogi.

"The opening theme remix was created for me by Mogi-san after I sent him the main guitar riff. Technically a collaboration, but I didn't do anything else on it. Thanks for your work!"
