Cool Undertale music reference to JoJo's Bizarre Adventure that I found!
The track is "Apparent Crisis" from the "Destination" OST:

Toby Fox is a huge fan of Stardust Crusaders so the two tracks are very likely to be linked.
Also, I found a possible one of Gaster Theme: A track in Paper Mario called snow road:
