have you planned to scan important section of this thing?
like tracklist, credits, etc. (if there are pages and pages of artworks, don't bother)

I would love to but the booklets are bigger then the box. Unless you would allow photographs?

Not a problem. Phone camera's have high enough resolution, I would hope.

Why is 4 the limit on how many cd's we can enter?

it's just the default choice probably because a lot of releases don't exceed 2-4 cds
in order to rise the number of discs you must edit the album

Great, I would have not gone the extra mile and take out the back covers for scanning.
