Seriously, having pictures of a booklet so small we can't read a single character is useless.

Given that K.Dan appears to be a Chinese circle, is "Amaoto" the right way to go with this album title?

it's a whole word so I'd say yes. There's no other readings for it.

Oh the Japanese reading would be amaoto, absolutely. I'm asking if we should be using a Chinese reading, since it's a Chinese album.

Yeah, we shouldn't romanization Chinese words into Japanese. Does anyone know of any tools like WWW-JDICT for Mandarin?

There's a dictionary which also gives hanyu pinyin romanization (if there's a compound that is, but it can also search individual hanzi):

also almost all online jp dictionaries already have additional info for kanji, like chinese/korean reading, which is useful if there's no Chinese compound in the Chinese dictionary...

So, 雨音 doesn't seem to be a compound so it's read "yǔ yīn" by hanzi characters in pinyin. I guess it can be put together as Yǔyīn... or not...
