Default How to replace cracked double case

Guys give me your help:
today I got a sealed soundtrack that I was waiting for a long time, but I had a nasty surprise: the double case was broken on one pin, and inside there are also some plastic teeth broken so the cd can't be stopped.
The type of this double case is the one used for some Scitron/Suleputer soundtrack of the middle/last '90 like this http://vgmdb.net/db/covers.php?do=view&cover=3078
To make you understand, it's not the same type used for a multiple cds release like this http://cgi.ebay.it/3-CD-MULTIPACK-DO...item2ea9c79c92
Ideas where I can get one of these?

I've only seen these cases used by a small number of publishers in Japan so I don't know if they were even ever used anywhere else in the world. And to make matters worse they don't seem to be used at all these days, so finding spare parts will likely not be easy. Possibly your best bet is to try to glue the broken pieces together - I've had to resort to this a few times myself with this kind of case, it can be fiddly but tends to work quite well if you got a good and thin liquid glue for plastic.

If you really want to change those cases, you could try some to get some cheap used double discs Japanese PSX games in good condition, as some of those used the exact same cases as the Scitron releases you're describing.
For example :

But beware not to mistake those with some of the single disc Japanese and Euro PSX games cases, which are almost identical on front when closed.

I have fixed the pin broken with a transparent scotch while plastic teeth are impossible to glue since they are too thin. Now I have this situation

I think I can only stop the disc using paper scotch from two of four little fingers holes, but I'm afraid that residual glue can be deposited on the disc.
Any suggestion?

Damn euro Psx double cases (like this common: ) miss the four fingers holes.
Do you know a Japanese cheap PSX game that use that kind of box?

I've actually never tried to glue the teeth, since I've never had to. But i do believe it should be possible if you get a good type of glue. The kind I've used needs very, very little to be effective and it's so thin that you won't even see that it's been glued - makes it like new basically. And as long as you get rid of any glue that comes out as you put the pieces together there should be no risk of it sticking to the disc once it's dried.
