Default VICL-61319: MADLAX O.S.T.
I removed the '1' on this since I don't see it anywhere in the booklet.

Looks like there is an interview with Kajiura in the booklet. Looks like it would be too much work to translate though, unless someone already has elsewhere. Hrm.

I didn't want to overwork you Revoc, but it seems someone else submitted this one to keep you busy. D:

Haha, no problem. It was quite easy, actually. All performers played in Madlax OST 2 and everyone was already in the database.
