Default SOUL-0001: Shibusen's Treasure "Campus Broadcast Music Complete Works"
I have no idea what the original Japanese title (死武専秘蔵「校内放送楽曲 大全」) means, or even how it is spelled in romaji, so I put "Soul Eater: Monotone Princess Soundtrack CD" as temporary English title.

死武専 ("Shibusen") is an abbreviation of a fictional school name, so I'd put it as Shibusen's Treasure 'Campus Broadcast Music Complete Works'.

AcidBeast and I both worked on finally submitting this tracklist, so credits to her for part of the tracklist. I'd also like to note the pentagram in the tracktitles for track 13 and 14 - it's not the proper character because it is a specially printed symbol on the jacket (it can only be viewed in some special fonts, so I used a normal white star instead).
