This album is part of the collection" Fantastic Word" released by Victor Musical Industries, so it's a image album related to the manga "Here Is Green Wood".
Also the OVA were released later from 1991: https://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.p...anime&aid=1055 Then the track "魔王の森" is not a single track? (looking at the booklet back) It is really divided into 11 tracks? I will add the vinyl and cassette prints, but obviously the tracks are not in the same order to complicate the things.

Yes, “魔王の森” is divided into that many separate tracks on the CD.
I’ll upload the rest of the pages from the booklet tonight as well.
