In fact, the entry was correct, but you uploaded scans to the first version of the disc.

I think it will be easier to change the infos and add the re-prints, than move the scans

Prints are:
29L2-94 (10 September 1989)
WPCL-617 (21 December 1991)
WPC7-8656 (26 November 1998)
COCX-33570 (01 March 2006)

I wasn't sure if this album should be a child album to the other releases, because it was remastered. However, when remastering for music produced from a real source (as opposed to music from a sound chip) the aim is to recover the original sound and bypass limitations of previous formats, so these kind of remasterings might still qualify as reprintings.

95%+ of remasters ruin music, all they do is induce clipping and distortion from making it louder.

Wish vgmdb would make sample waveforms mandatory, since way too much vgm is loudness war destroyed.

Yes, but this album is not simply louder, and there are many VGM albums that have had remasterings that were significantly better (and NOT louder) than the originals. Compare the Sleigh Bells release of Xenosaga I to the Digicube one. The Digicube one had clipping, and was generally much muddier sounding, while the SB print was very clean and had no clipping issues.

None of the scans (except the cover) match this print at all. The booklet is completely different.

EDIT: Didn't notice that this had already been addressed. My mistake.

Looks like the booklet is actually from the Bootleg.
