If anyone wants to tackle a translation that'd be just great.

EDIT: Actually has an English album title printed on the cover. YU-NO • A girl who chants love at the bound of this world. Added it!

Are we sure this soundtrack was solely scored by Ryu Umemoto? He seems to have been called Ryu Shimada around that time. This CD contains BGM from the SS port and the game credits listed three composers; Ryu Shimada, Ryu Takami, Kazuhiro Kanae, and Keishi Yonao as the composer for the OP sequence.

Could anybody refer to the booklet or such?

It's mostly his, but not solely;

I composed most music in YU-NO for YM-2203 and YM-2608.

Some exceptions , takami x 10 , kanae (Japanese musician) x 10 .

Do you need detail ?

Thanks for information. So should we add the three persons as composers?

Btw, I surmised that the PC-98 version was scored by Umemoto (Shimada) alone, but maybe he was already assisted by the two in that version.

Yeah, we should go with the official, instead of translating the title.

Ryu Takami has a breakdown for the PC-98 version (using hoot): 1,2,3

07B, 161~165 = Ryu Takami
170~178 = Kazuhiro Kanae
(rest Ryu Umemoto)

Which would be (in brackets tracks for this and that album):
Spoiler:
(Ryu Takami)
YUNO_07B.M26 = Ayumi (有馬 亜由美) [2.06 / 1.07]
YUNO161.M26 = Emperor Capital (帝都) [1.16 / 2.22]
YUNO162.M26 = Tension (緊張) [1.18 / 2.23]
YUNO163.M26 = Unknown SFX 2 [---]
YUNO164.M26 = Ending [1.20 / 2.24]
YUNO165.M26 = Unknown SFX 3 [---]

(Kazuhiro Kanae)
YUNO170.M26 = Ruin (廃虚) [1.15 / 2.20]
YUNO171.M26 = Debu [1.14 / 2.21]
YUNO172.M26 = Watchtower (時計塔) [---]
YUNO173.M26 = Prisoner [---]
YUNO174.M26 = Reunion (再会) [---]
YUNO175.M26 = Fountain (噴水のほとり) [---]
YUNO177.M26 = Underground Labyrinth (夜のプール) [---]
YUNO178.M26 = Sudden Fall (崩落) [---]

Keishi Yonao composed here the opening, 2.34.

Checking around, seems like this album has no credits. From the Saturn credits and manual:
Spoiler:
音楽作曲 [music composition]

島田 竜 [sic, Ryu Shimada]
高見 龍 [Ryu Takami]
神奈江 紀宏 [Kazuhiro Kanae]

音響監督 [music direction]

神奈江 紀宏 [Kazuhiro Kanae]

...

オープニング音楽作曲 [opening music composition]

与猪 啓至 [Keishi Yonao]
Ryu Umemoto didn't participate in this version nor was asked to (>>).
From Yonao's old work list, he did "opening movie, arrangement, BGM, porting".
I understand "porting" would mean he did this album's music.

Btw, the YU-NO remake is apparently being handled by Keishi Yonao and Ryu Takami.
