Xenofan 29A's post was way back in 2010 and it appears Rare didn't hold their end of the bargain.

I'd just download USFs & convert those.

And I think forwarding dead links is a superb idea, and I believe even more would be if users volunteered to keep this type of releases alive by mirroring them, especially given they were free in the first place.

Is this the full soundtrack of the game? If so Alistair Lindsay should be credited as well, according to Robin Beanland he helped him out doing most of the cutscenes and some level music.

I tried downloading this from The Internet Archive that Datschge posted, but I can't seem to download them, and can only listen to them online there.

Does anywhere else have this?

That seems to be an issue specific to the browser you use, the links are direct links to the MP3 files. If they always play in the browser instead the browser offering you to save them at some place, try right-clicking the links and choose saving the link.

Sorry, should have also noted that, although it seems I can download them, the files don't seem to work. It's like my computer treats them as corrupt files.

That said, your suggestion worked, though. It seems it was a problem with my browser. I was using Chrome, but I tried FireFox, and the links seem to work with FireFox. Thanks!
