Gemini Rue Original Soundtrack

I noticed the year in release date was incorrect: 24 feb 2010 and should be 2011, made a correction and then looked at several other websites where this album is distributed digitally - they all say feb24 2010 or just 2010. Amazon, iTunes, CD Baby, Rhapsody all say 2010.
I'm pretty sure the soundtrack was released alongside with the game, which is 24 feb 2011. In mp3 format on a disc with the game, and in online stores similar to CD Baby.
No way the OST was released a year prior to the indie game itself.
Somebody must have made a mistake first (who ever released the OST, probably CD Baby if I remember correctly) and everyone just followed their example.
