Where did the track titles for this album come from?

I just found this at my local flea market, and it doesn't have a tracklist. Winamp downloaded one from CDDB, but it doesn't match the titles listed here.

I added the performer, and the catalog number, but there's no mention of any composer other than Jesper Kyd.

I would guess that someone did a comparison with the tracks on the other album:

Okay... I'm going through the albums right now.

Tracks 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 14 and 15 are the same in both CDs.

Track 4 in the promo is track 10 in the retail CD; Track 5 is Track 11, Track 8 is track 12, track 9 is 13, track 9 is 10, track 10 is track 5, 11 is 4, 12 is 8, and 13 is 9.

Since the album doesn't have any track names, should they still be on the listing?

Well, we've generally found it acceptable to take track names from another official release if the release has no names at all.

Finally added scans to this thing. I didn't delete the old scans, since I'm not sure if non-admins should do it to other people's submissions.

The back of the front insert is blank, so this is all there is.

Maybe "PHTM2PUS58" is not really suitable for catalog number? The front cover of my copy says "PHTM2PUS57".
Spoiler:
A quick search on google leads to this old thread: http://mmuk64.proboards.com/index.cg...nt&thread=1151
The guy over there says that his number is "PHTM2PUS57". I bought mine from ebay over a year ago. Maybe it was from him, or maybe there are more 57s and 58s out there. Or maybe each copy had its own number "...51, 52, 53~57, 58, etc".
But (there's a but) Priceminister has a copy on sale and the picture has "..57" number. So either the picture doesn't match to the actual item or there are multiple 57s & 58s out there.

On the other hand the disc also has a cat number: MHTM2PUS51. My copy has it as well as the scan already submitted here.
So maybe it is safe to assume that at least all manufactured CDs had the same cat numbers, so it would be more appropriate to distinguish this promo release by disc's number. However if we do go with that, it will be a first, as no other place on the web recognizes this catalog number (MHTM2PUS51).

Well it's possible that MHTM2PUS51 is the actual catalog number. Maybe the different code varies depending on the disc's origin / distribution method?

PHTM2PUS58 is back cover code, PHTM2PUS57 is front cover code, and MHTM2PUS51 is CD code, and it's imprinted not only on CD itself, but on the inner ring too. So I guess time to change the code.
