Is this actually a CD? I haven't seen any references on the website to suggest it is anything but a download.

Nothing I can find suggests it's anything other than a digital release either and, I suspect, it was nothing more than an oversight when GermanSeabass created the entry.
I've changed it for now but, of course, if anybody can confirm one way or the other it'll be him.

I didn't check all details, but some artists of disc6,M-13/disc4,M-4 are different from those of this(http://www.materiacollective.com/mus...y_viii_remixed).
Which is right?

The site you linked was where the info was taken from originally right when the album was released. It's clear (as shown by Shir? Hamaguchi being corrected to Shiro Hamaguchi) that the crediting has been cleaned up on their end. It's got to be difficult to pull together perfect crediting for an album like this and so I'm going to assume that the information on the site now is more accurate than when first published and we should make the necessary changes to reflect that. Thanks for noticing that - I'll run the rule over it when I get a chance and fix it up.
