Should Tatsuya Kato be mentioned as the arranger of Excalibur and EMIYA? (as uncredited notes)

They're definitely based on his versions, but unless they mentioned something in the liner notes (can't see them because a scan is missing), I'd say no since they're still specifically credited as arrangements of the original (with the original jap title next to them like the Kato ones from previous seasons).
Unlike the previous albums this has pretty detailed credits so I think it's better to stick to them. EDIT: these are the liner notes Quote:

I understand. So there's not "uncredited notes" anymore? I thought we could do something like with the first season's soundtrack.
