Tchinpha Kan (#10395)

The Galerians game soundtrack says "Chinfa Kang." Where does "Tchinpha" come from? I couldn't find it anywhere but here and places obviously taking data from here.

Browsed through some Pop album and only found Chinfa Kan as a romanization as per below examples:

Looks like "Chinfa Kan" is more common romanization for his name. "Tchinpha" and "Tchin Pha" only appears on very few anime/image albums. And "Chinfa Kang" only on Galerians.

So all variations are correct since they do appear on some albums.

To me, if should choose I'd go with "Chinfa" for his page because it gives the largest amount of results and because the artist himself has no official page.

You're right that "Chinfa" seems to be more common though.

But changing a name isn't as simple as just editing the artist page because the album notes would need to be updated too.

It's ok, I've already done that before for Amii Ozaki and Risa Youki. It's not really a big deal.
Most important is: are people ok for this change?
