So, I found out that Yasuhisa Baba has a Facebook account through Yuka Tsujiyoko's friend list. Here is the account, he's also friends with other IntSys employees. https://www.facebook.com/yasuhisa.baba.

It turns out that Yasuhisa Baba apparently retired from Intelligent Systems as his description says Worked at Intelligent Systems. He seems to be a freelancer now and has a twitter account and his own website.

He left in 2022 so it's likely that Fire Emblem Engage was probably his last work at Intelligent Systems.

The website was updated with a new portrait and new information.

The works section seems to be only for new projects he is working on, however, it seems that a past works portfolio is available for people who contact him according to the red text on the site.

Is there a chance of asking Yasuhisa Baba about his portfolio, possibly about his work on Super Paper Mario. He's only credited as Sound Director, yet there are other games by Nintendo where the Sound Director also contributed but were not credited for music, such as Hajime Wakai, Masaru Tajima, and Kazumi Totaka among others. There is also Saki Kasuga and Yasumasa Yamada who contributed both music and sound effects for their respective games but were only credited for sound effects. I'm curious if he had a hand in composition or if he was just a director like Awakening.
