SQEX-20060: BRA★BRA FINAL FANTASY VII BRASS de BRAVO with Siena Wind Orchestra

This release is kind of a mess but here are my edits:

- Added Album Info from inserts. There are a number of different performers credited here versus the SQEX-10651.
- An additional arranger exists on this album that doesn't exist on SQEX-10651 (Nobuhiko Kashiwara)
- Linked performers, engineers.
- Intentionally did not link Mai Saito as the inserts say she is a horn player and the Mai Saito's we have in the database are a viola player and an oboe player, respectively.
- Unable to find romanization for 井手上達 and didn't want to guess. The rest were easily found via google and music/artist pages for various concerts and their profiles. Didn't add new artists though.
- Deleted the old JP tracklist and readded because Tifa's Theme and Mambo de Chocobo are separate songs, not a single song (probably a copy paste error)
- Added track times from BD source but the tracklist on the BD/website/case don't really match everything that's on the disc (more on that in a sec)
- Track titles come from the original SQEX-10651, and anything that wasn't found on there I used the English (iTunes) titles from the FFVII OST, and anything not on there I just translated normally.
- Removed the (第一部), (第二部), (アンコール), (特典映像) stuff from the track titles and moved them to Album Info.
- There are arrangement credits on a Dengeki Online article here: http://dengekionline.com/elem/000/001/753/1753322/. The arrangers are credited for the same songs that are shared on SQEX-10651 but I don't know where the information for the new song arrangements come from. It might be from the program handed out at the show or media info or something, I'm not sure. There is no breakdown in the inserts and the info in the inserts themselves is basically what is typed up in Album Info + the stuff I ignored like Package Design and non-musical credits. This also leaves the Crazy Motorcycle arrangement uncredited, assuming the article is correct. Also, the article is from the summer dates, not the date(s) this BD was recorded for but I don't think that will change the original arrangers. It's unlikely they rearranged or changed the songs for the summer shows.
