There will be needed lot of work to do because there is according to ulule cca 17 versions of this - vinyl, vinyl+CD, CD+vinyl, all in box etc.
We will know more in September. P.S. No mention about bande originale or soundtrack like we are used to on CD covers so far. On LP is mentioned bande originale. |

As the CD will also be available to the general public, surely on Amazon, should we leave Promo/gift/reward for this entry? The previous TV 80 CDs were first purchasable on Facebook at a cheaper price before being released in stores.

If the album is the same but is just released later, we usually put the general release date in the entry and add something in the notes. Example: https://vgmdb.net/album/74907
If the general release is different, it should be a child album. Not needed if it's just a price difference. |

Added the credits and the tracklist for this album.
The credits in the booklet are quite short and without further details. Haim Saban is as usual credited for the music with Shuki Levy, although he certainly did not compose anything (he puts his producer name). For the lyrics, Jean Chalopin (one of the creators of the series) is credited for the French lyrics. On the French 45 rpm vinyl, he was actually credited for the French adaptation. I added Haim Saban and Shuki Levy for the original lyrics. In the booklet, it is noted that Jean Chalopin is also the narrator at the beginning of the French Opening Theme, but he is not credited for that. On track 20, the French alternative version actually presents a narration with slightly different lyrics than those we know; the narrator is also different. The rest of the song keeps the same lyrics. There is no credit for the singer of the American Opening Theme. I thought for a long time that it was Nick Carr who sang as on the French Opening, but English Wikipedia and other sources say it is Shuki Levy. However, the booklet says nothing yet. Wikipedia says too that Shuki Levy sings the American Ending Theme, but it's not true, it is obviously Noam Kaniel according to the voice, the booklet credits him. It's also obvious that the second voice heard in the American Opening Theme is that of Noam Kaniel who sings the chorus. Last edited by SaintSquall; Oct 14, 2020 at 07:58 AM. |
