As I haven't found a solid source for the romanization of this artist, I've thought that it's better to leave the display name in kanji.

The only reliable clue about the romanization of this artist comes from this page. It has the credits of the Ys Dramatic Concert album, but with the musicians credited in japanese (I have no idea of where those credits come from because in the album booklet pages there is no such information).

Anyway, if the information provided by that page is correct, then 京谷勝巳 = K. KYOYA (presumably, Katsumi Kyoya). Regretfully, there are zero references to any musician with that name or derivatives thereof.
