So is the Suzaku who arranged track 8 on this album the same Suzaku that is an alias of Yoshitaka Nishimura? The Kanji on the Salvation by Faith page for the album is the same, but Suzaku is the Japanese name of the Vermillion Bird, an important constellation in Chinese mythology, so it's not exactly an uncommon name. Nishimura has no other credits on anything that's not Bemani-related, let alone a doujin arrange album, so I'm not convinced it's the same guy.
