I don't have a confirmation on his reading. The Kenichi Kimura on wiki.jp is a biologist.

I think his name is written in some booklet scans here on vgmdb
but I think there are two readings used: ken'ichi/kenichi kimura

Well that's my argument. I submitted most of his other works. It's also possible that biology is his main career, considering he doesn't have major works besides these image albums.

I really doubt the biologist is the same person as the musician, but Phono is right and his name is written in English on at least one album.

I doubted it as well but I was just saying its possible. Like Yuka Tsujiyoko is also an electronic engineer.
