I don't think a "remaster" is being considered as a reprint.

Also, Skip Cloud is the man behind the remastering here, is that role considered as an arranger ?

Remaster is not a reprint and the person who's responsible for remastering is very far from arranging credit in the sense we use it here I think. It's much closer to an audio engineer role, the one we currently don't have (we got recording, mixing and mastering engineer).
