I'm pretty sure this artist is also credited as "Monami" in various other Sawano albums, such as in these ones here:

If someone could find proof for this, that would be great as well. Possibly looking at the album scans to see if the kanji matches up or something might work, though it's hard to search for the name "Monami" without any other search terms. EDIT: By listening to the songs she's performed in, her voice sounds similar as the monami person. I wouldn't count this as definitive proof though.
