According to this page, this is an image album, not related to the movie which was released in 1986 and whose original score was composed by Joe Hisaishi.
So, in short, this album is likely related to the manga "Arion" and not the movie/anime. Joe Hisaishi was not involved in this album, at all, but someone thought otherwise.

To take out the doubts. This album is not related to joe hisaishi or the animation.
It's a kind of image soundtrack for the Manga.... and its awful. Don't waste money on this piece of crap. You will regret for sure.
