Ok, there's absolutely a gazillion of "single track" releases on Bandcamp..
Are we sure we do want to include arrangements (doujins) of fans that only post tracks 1 by 1 ?

personally I don't see the interest, you just have to browse bandcamp for that
no need of a second site (vgmdb) just for that, however if some vgmdb members made some

I dont see how this is an album too. This is just a single audio file.

Of course its hard to draw the line as for what is ok and what is not ok, but this release is lacking so many things (no Cat. No., no Label, no physical Medium, no Compilation of several tracks, not an official release, ...). Just about anything with VGM on the internet could be submitted like this, even a Youtube video.

Nothing against the music or the artist, I might listen to this, but IMO this is not what VGMDB is intented for.
