I'm not really sure that BM.3 published the three STF- albums I linked them to as a publisher, given that I could only find them specifically listed as the distributor, but I couldn't find any explicit publisher credits for them anywhere saying someone else was involved. However, they
didn't publish STF-0021~4, which is why I'm a bit hesitant.
In either case, Sten och Flod had nothing to do with any album after STF-0015; they're not on the website, neither them nor the parent label ULF are mentioned anywhere on the albums, and there's a two and a half year gap between STF-0015 and STF-0016~17. There's a Sega connection to ULF/SoF, since all of their websites have "© WAVE MASTER" at the bottom, but I'm not really sure what the relationship is there. There's also a connection with the BM.3 STF releases:
Shigeharu Isoda, who's composed for Sega and done some mastering work for Wave Master, did the mastering for three of the four (we don't have scans for the DDMS drama album), and STF-0021~4 was manufactured by Wave Master. They may have had a hand in reviving the catalog stem with a different distributor, but that's speculation on my part.
