For some reason, the members of Yuichiro Goto Strings were credited only in the game credits:

I found the transcription of the japanese version here, but I couldn't find the video to confirm some weird romanizations:

Yuzuru Kuwata: in the japanese version, his kanji name appears as 桑田譲. According to this website, he was a member of New Japan Philharmonic. This website says the same thing, but as 桑田穣, so he is Joe Kuwata.

Osamu Inou (伊藤 修): perhaps a typo of Osamu Iyoku (伊能 修).

伊藤 is Itou, not Inou, so I suspect that transcription has a typo. (譲 might be a mistake on that site too.)

伊能 can be read Inou as well, so I think your guess is right and that the English credits have misromanized Osamu Iyoku.

I finally found the japanese credits on Nico Nico:

As you suspected, 伊藤 is a typo on that site, so Osamu Inou is a misromanization of Osamu Iyoku.

And I'm not sure if the first kanji of Joe Kuwata is 譲 or 穣 in this credit.

I can't really tell with any certainty either, although it looks more like 譲 than 穣 to me.
