They don't sound much alike for one to be considered a cover to the other. Is there a resemblance? - Yes. Is it a cover? - Well, opinions aside that depends on who said so (someone official would be nice). Take Yamano's "Admiration Towards the Clan" from Castlevania: Lament of Innocence OST for example. It contains a direct reference to the famous "Vampire Killer" track. Should the whole composition be considered a cover as well?

So it looks like you can't even buy this (or the second one) any more. And being that it's digital, piracy is the only way to get the extra tracks.

Just saw this five years later, hello. The plucked figure is a bit similar but yeah definitely not a cover, I removed that note and credit from the LoS albums.
