I took a shot at translating this track list into English. I used Teioh's links to help with some of the names, then did my best translating the rest of the text. All of the BGM tracks end with のもの, so I found a way to translate all of them as "The One Who...". Some are more elegant than others, but hopefully it's decent. If anyone feels they can improve on any of them, feel free!
