I submitted the front cover that came with the digital download.
Apparently, the front cover from the hard copy is different: http://www.silentsphere-studios.com/...e_studios.html |

This is more "Music Inspired By".
I don't think it's arranging anything.. and so Bobby Prince should not be credited. It's pure original work. Though it sounds similar to doom music. I do hope all these Silent Hill doujins are fine. I am not really found of this kind of releases. |

Concerning this album, I'd classify it as "Arrangement, Original Work" after a thorough listen.
The majority of the tunes are original, but some (like "the castle" & "time for some action") reuse same rhythmics on drums & other instruments. The line between original work & arrange is sometimes very thin. For the Silent Hill albums, yeah all contain arranged tracks so far (except _The Art Of Dying_ which is totally original*). *As stated by Christophe Frutuoso on his website. Edit: I also stated this problem earlier (arrange =/= original work) in this thread: http://vgmdb.net/forums/showthread.php?t=8073 Last edited by krelian75; Sep 28, 2011 at 07:56 AM. |
