The game's website here explains that Iwadare was responsible for the vocal track's arrangement.

Haruka Shimotsuki is not credited at all in the files, but she was credited in the game and it's clearly obvious that it's her singing the vocal track.

This release (or whatever you want to call it) is such a mess. The music just cuts off, and there's no silence between tracks. It's great music too...

Maybe someday they will do it right (and in lossless)
