5 weeks of straight up Sawano. Man, I really hope his quality doesn't drop much.

Can confirm the performers I added through the "ENTER THE WORLD OF Re:CREATORS" special that aired two weeks ago, and through Sawano's twitter.

He composed Re:Creator's OST last year, Attack on Titan S2 at the beginning of 2017 (and it's not a full OST, just like his work on Ao no Exorcist S2's OST) and CRISIS's OST later in the year (at the end of February I think?)

So far Re:Creator's OST sounds good from what I heard in the first two episodes, but nothing extraordinary either. Your usual Sawano OST for blockbuster anime.

The new tracks for Attack on Titan S2 sounds great. Goes very well with the mood of season 2 and season 1's OST.

I haven't heard CRISIS's OST since the show isn't available with english subtitles.

Yeah, Re:CREATORS was composed last year, AoT early this year, and CRISIS just last month IIRC.

Honestly I think this is one of his best OSTs for a while. We've gotten good Sawano recently, but nothing this good for a long while, in my opinion. Though I'm kinda focusing in on the relaxing tracks that can be heard in the 24 minute special preview for the anime and within the anime itself. Also the bubblegum-pop Gemie song that plays as the transformation music for the magical girl. Very different for Sawano, can't judge fully yet, but I think it's shaping up to be one of his best OSTs for a long while. Hopefully they don't overuse certain songs like Aldnoah though, worried about that since it's the same sound director.

The vocal song is cool. I don't remember particularly getting into the beast titan theme though. Haven't heard much other than that. Nothing much else stood out. Although, the piano in episode 3 near the beginning of the episode was nice, though I assume it's just the beginning of the vocal song since it's in a similar key and tempo.

I was actually lucky enough to be in Japan when CRISIS started, so I was able to watch the first two episodes. I can guarantee that the OST is actually great.... well, KOHTA YAMAMOTO's part at least. Sawano has done some good stuff but nothing really stood out so far, only the YAMAMOTO songs are the ones that I really enjoyed. The Sawano and YAMAMOTO songs are really distinguishable haha.

Aside from that, Re:CREATORS is definitely shaping up to at least be a good anime. The OST has a fairly unique style as well, for modern-Sawano at least.

Sawano tweeted out a preview of the booklet for this OST. Shows the entire tracklist, so it's a way to make sure that there's no errors in the tracklist.

Speaking of, is it Just me that thinks that KOHTA-KUN will be Sawano-san's disciple or that they'll work on a lot of stuff together?? I digged his stuff on Kyoto Saga.
For a time, I also thought it was him and Takafumi Wada but he exited the Legendoors and left so IDK.

Pretty sure it's a thing for every new Legendoor composer to collaborate with Sawano. Yuki Hayashi's first two albums were with Sawano on the OST as well, Takafumi Wada has collaborated with him multiple times, Asami Tachibana on the LINK and Seraph of the end OSTs, Megumi Shiraishi on Seraph, etc.

YAMAMOTO is a new composer for Legendoor, the company that employs Sawano. My guess is he'll collaborate with Sawano often to ease up his workload, and form a pair like Yuki Hayashi and Asami Tachibana often do. Either that, or he's doing his first few albums with Sawano, then going to be working alone.

Either way I'll be following his work. Like you, I really loved his work in Kyoto Saga, and the CRISIS OST isn't a letdown. He's managing to keep me interested.

As for the edit I made, this tweet confirms that Benjamin made the lyrics for the mpi song.

Probably getting off topic now but has that Shiraishi chick done anything since Seraph? Everyone else is doing their own thing and I haven't seen anything from her.

She did some music for the 45th anniversary anime of "Sazae-san", but it's unreleased as far as I'm aware. Apart from that, it's just Seraph, for anime.

She also did a few arrangements for Last SQ, the Square Enix album, and some arrangements in the drama Mare OST (which is honestly one of Sawano's best works recently).

Other than that, she's done a lot of drama soundtracks, not so much for anime or games.

For the edits that talk made to the tracklist, it seems that the track length for songs on Disc 2 of the Re:CREATORS Original Soundtrack has been revealed on tsutaya, but the track length of songs on Disc 1 still remains unknown. It's really weird, but the track lengths seem reasonable at least.

http://tsutaya.tsite.jp/item/music/PTA0000SM4MZ

I really want more information on this OST soon, haha.

"AL:Lu" has vocals by Eliana. Don't whether this is acceptable as "official" information, but here you go.

"HERE I AM" has vocals by Gemie. It's somewhat clear to see in the "ENTER THE WORLD OF Re:CREATORS" video that aired as a special before the first episode of the anime aired.

Looks like we FINALLY get to see some cover art:

https://mobile.twitter.com/recreator...45430474989569

Really like it (at minimum, it's better than that weird three-headed wolf from the CRYst-alise cover...).

ABYSSwaltz is a vocal song. Not sure who's on vocals, though I think it's Gemie.

For the record I didn't mean to add 5 copies of the album cover. Admins should probably delete any cover that has the tag "(Small)" on it.

I deleted the ones you added because the colors are all weird compared the the official one.

The one I got was from the soundtrack preview video. My guess is that the colours are slightly different in the images that Sony (and other companies) have provided, since they seem the be scans rather than a digital image.

Also the Sony one doesn't seem right since the text at the bottom ("Re:CREATORS Original Soundtrack Composed by Hiroyuki Sawano" is placed too low compared to the photo of the CD case itself.

The Sony one is also quite cut off on the sides in general. Not sure though. Someone will probably make a scan when the album comes out anyway.

Here's a version of the OST preview on Nico which can be viewed in the US (you need an account though): http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm31277777

As for my source for my edits, a friend of my friend has the OST a day early since some Tower Records stores were selling it a day early. That person provided images of the booklet.

See them below:
Spoiler:

EDIT: As for the musician credits, I've attached a scan. I'm not sure what page the scan is, so I haven't tagged the scan with a page number.

For some reason I prefer the slice of life songs than the fight songs (except for Hey39-udn & ∞GodMachine) in this. Also while everyone may love "Layers. HERE I AM" is where it's at. Some of it reminds me of "Kirin's Theme" From Asterisk War.

The entire first disk is all I want from epic Sawano. The second half of ABYSSwaltz surprised me so much haha.

The entire second disc is all I want from relaxing Sawano. I find that some of the compositions in the second disc feel like they're composed by old Sawano, but they just have his new style on it, which is interesting. I quite like it.
