So, this is the same release as this one ?
Or does the Xbox One version have a different soundtrack CD than the PC version ? Also it seems like the "definitive edition" is only for PC... Xbox one is getting a standard release. (reference)

Well the press release doesn't say anything about the soundtrack being in the xbox version as well, and even if it was if would most probably be the same as the pc one.

The GAME will be the definitive version for both platforms (who in their right minds would release an updated rerelease of a game only to release the original again on physical?), just that XB1 isn't getting an LE package.
