DWC-0595: GONNA BE ?? Return CD

I seems that I may have discovered a possible release date for this disc. I'm unsure if this was the date, but the date it was released is unknown. However, it seems that the way the partition was named gives me a clue of when the disc finished burning. My only assumption is that it may have been used for an event similar to a Comic Market.

Also, I'm not very confident about the catalog number so I added the scans of the Disc on it's back so moderators can take a look at the catalog number.

Correction for above, after finding out that groover-info finally reopen in recent months, I found out what the return disc was for and updated the information accordingly.
