In Avatar Tuner 2 she's credited as Momota, but the Metal Fighter Miku OP/ED single (VIDL-10537) credits her as Momoda.

I looked at avatar 2 and I didn't notice her name
but on that da capo vocal album back cover there is indeed momota --you probably mean this one?

Oh sorry, I meant the Avatar Tuner 2 English staff roll, not the soundtrack album. That's all in kanji, as you say.
Thanks for noticing Momota on the front of that Da Capo II album. I checked the other scans for that album, but failed to see the names staring me right in the face. Guess I'm blind as a bat.
