This disc has seven tracks, though I'm unable to fill in a tracklist thanks to the dinky contents image. The first six tracks are recordings from the Game Boy game and the seventh is an arrangement by the composer, Norio Nakagata.

The last two tracks were included as a bonus on Abarenbou Tengu Music Collection -Rom Cassette Disc In MELDAC-.

I found a somewhat-clearer scan from an unknown magazine a Japanese user uploaded, and I think I'm able to get the track list based on the Clarice Disc album's tracklist and the mentioned scan here: https://twitter.com/hng874/status/1178887919441833984



The only thing I'm unsure about is the kanji used for Track 3, my best guess is that it's supposed to say ［出クリアー］ but I'm not exactly 100% sure on this one.

Sadly, video-game-ephemera seems to have gone down sometime in the last few years (use caution, the host's landing page quickly refreshed to some adware site).

Seems to have been fully archived, though. Here's the article with the mp3s intact.
