So there was a circle of MIDI musicians, Project OMEGA (later CreAce), who in the early 2000s made three image soundtracks to an imaginary RPG called OMEGA. We've got their albums here.
One of the members of Project OMEGA was QMA, whose real name is Koichi Kyuma. Neither QMA nor Kyuma have been especially forthcoming about biographical details so I don't have anything else linking the two, besides the fact that Koichi Kyuma is not a particularly common name. I'm apparently not the first person to have this idea.

He is friends with Y.Munehara (Munegon) and K.Yoshihara (Ikki) - a couple of the names listed on those OMEGA albums. I think that's confirmation.
